These Terms apply to all visitors, including individuals browsing on behalf of a public housing authority, government agency, or other organization. Your use of the Site on behalf of an organization means you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Blue Flame Group ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Permitted and prohibited use

You may

• Browse, read, and share content from this Site for informational purposes
• Submit the demo request form to inquire about 8AI
• Link to this Site from your own website or communications
• Download publicly available materials for your own non-commercial reference

You may not

• Reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without written permission
• Attempt to access systems, servers, or databases not intended for public access
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or harvest content from this Site without authorization

The Blue Flame Group name and logo, the 8AI name and shield mark, and "Housing AI Platform" are trademarks of Blue Flame Group. Nothing on this Site grants any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written consent.

Visiting this Site does not grant you any ownership interest in, or license to use, any Blue Flame Group intellectual property other than the limited right to view and use the Site as described in these Terms.

4. The 8AI platform

The 8AI platform is a proprietary software-as-a-service product operated by Blue Flame Group. Access to 8AI is governed exclusively by a separate Software as a Service Agreement ("SaaS Agreement") entered into between Blue Flame Group and the subscribing agency.

These Terms of Use do not grant any right of access to, or license to use, the 8AI platform. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide 8AI services. Any services are subject to the execution of a written SaaS Agreement.

5. Form submissions and communications

When you submit a demo request or other form on this Site, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
• You are authorized to submit information on behalf of any organization you identify
• Blue Flame Group may contact you at the details provided to respond to your request
• Submitting a form does not create a contractual relationship or obligate Blue Flame Group to provide any product or service

We handle form submission data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links and content

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including HUD resources, compliance references, and integration partners). These links are provided for convenience only. Blue Flame Group does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site.

Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that this Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on this Site.

Blue Flame Group's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Flame Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any false or misleading information you submit through this Site

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@blueflamegroup.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any concern within 30 days.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when the current version was last updated. Material changes will be noted on this page for at least 30 days after they take effect.

If you use this Site after updated Terms are posted, you accept those Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, your only remedy is to stop using this Site.
